Configurator Setup

Create services you can select from when creating Quotes. Each service can have custom fields with instructions and optional drop-down values to choose from. Specifications populate with entered data to help build a proposal quickly.

Services List

The left-hand Services panel lists all configured services. Each row shows the service Name (bold) and its Category underneath. Use the + icon to add a new service and the trash icon to remove one.

Options (Selected Service)

Selecting a service from the Services list displays its Options panel:

Field	Description
Service	The name of this service.
Category	Groups the service for organization in the Services list.
Catalog	Links this service to a Catalog item. Select the pencil icon to choose one.
Notes	Free-text notes for the service. Supports merge syntax referencing a field label defined below, written as `{field label}`.

Custom Fields Table

Defines the custom fields available for this service. Columns: # (row order), Field Label, Instructions, and Values (Optional) — a drop-down list of selectable values for that field. Use the + icon to add a row.

Specifications Table

Columns: # (row order), Description, Field Label, and Components. Use the + icon to add a row. Exact behavior of the Components column, and how a configured Service's fields/specifications populate into a Quote, has not yet been SME-verified — do not assume specifics beyond what's shown here.
